The two bedrooms are upstairs and share one large bathroom/WC between them. Downstairs, the guest lounge is for your private use. The kitchen and dining room are shared with your hosts, Daren and Lucie.

When both rooms are occupied, this bathroom/WC is shared only by the guests in the two rooms — never with Daren and Lucie, who have their own private suite.
This is why the two-room arrangement works especially well for people travelling together.

A few guidelines
for a happy stay.
Pont Bleu is a lived-in home: you have real spaces of your own, while some areas are naturally shared with your hosts.
The kitchen
The kitchen and dining room are shared with the owners. Guests may use them as much as is reasonably required. Everyone’s cupboard and fridge space is respected. Good communication and tidiness are the keys to happiness here.
No smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
Adults only · no pets
The owners can be sensitive to pet hair. The garden is also partly unfenced and includes a pond, so it is not suitable for adventurous children or animals. As we cannot be responsible for where they wander or what they do, we prefer not to accept children or pets.

We naturally prefer to let the two rooms together — to a party of four, two couples travelling together, or two people who would each like a large double bed.
Why this arrangement?
The two bedrooms share one very large bathroom/WC. This is very comfortable when the guests know one another, but can be less convenient for two unrelated groups. So, as soon as one room is booked, the other becomes unavailable.
